In early January the British Journal of Surgery (BJS) published a special edition focused on Global Surgery. GHRG-ST was invited to contribute to the publication. The special edition is available online and is open access, links to our article and the full journal are below:

Our principle investigator in Sierra Leone, Dr Ibrahim Bundu attended and presented a poster for the FIXT study at the West African College of Surgeons conference held in Dakar, Senegal from 21st – 24th January 2019.
The West African College of Surgeons is a professional regional organization of 22 countries that promotes the education and training of Specialists, examinations, accreditation of tertiary Health Institutions, and provides support for Research and Publications
GHRG-ST presented at the Society of Academic and Research Surgery and Royal Society of Medicine Meeting 2019 at the Royal College of Medicine on the 8th January 2019.
The abstract was selected for the RSM Future Projects Prize Session.
